Service Engagement
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- A signed work order and advance payment (as per the quotation) confirm acceptance
- Project timelines begin from the date of advance payment receipt and confirmed site readiness
- Any changes to scope after work begins will be documented and billed separately
Use of Website
- Content on this site is for informational purposes only and may change without notice
- You agree not to misuse the site (no hacking, scraping, or unlawful activity)
- All trademarks, logos and content are owned by MetaGlazze
Limitation of Liability
MetaGlazze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the contract value.
03 Warranty Policy
MetaGlazze stands behind every product we manufacture and install. Our warranty reflects 24+ years of craftsmanship in Bangalore.
10-Year Profile Warranty
uPVC & aluminium profile against discolouration, cracking and warping
1-Year Hardware Warranty
Hinges, locks, rollers and operating hardware against manufacturing defects
5-Year Sealant Warranty
Silicone and weather-seal failure under normal conditions
5-Year Glass Warranty
Sealed glass unit (IGU) against fogging and seal failure
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer. Annual inspection is recommended to keep warranty valid.
04 Shipping & Delivery
Because every MetaGlazze product is custom-manufactured to your measurements, our "delivery" refers to the on-site installation process.
Manufacturing Time
- uPVC & Aluminium windows & doors: 7–14 working days
- Glazing / façade systems: 15–30 working days
- MS & SS fabrication: 10–20 working days
Site Delivery & Installation
- Delivery & installation scheduled within Bangalore city limits is included in the quotation
- For sites beyond 50 km from Bangalore, nominal logistics charges apply
- Customer is responsible for providing site access, water and electricity during installation
- Safe storage at the customer's premises is required for staged projects
Delays Beyond Our Control
Events such as extreme weather, civil unrest, lockdowns, or site unreadiness may extend timelines. We commit to proactive communication if such delays occur.
05 Returns & Cancellations
Custom-Manufactured Products
Since every product is built to your specific measurements and finishes, returns are generally not accepted once manufacturing has commenced. We will, however, replace any product with verifiable manufacturing defects.
Cancellation Policy
- Order can be cancelled within 48 hours of advance payment with a 5% processing fee
- After 48 hours, cancellation is not possible as materials procurement begins immediately
- Once manufacturing is complete, no refund is possible on completed goods

06 Refund Policy
- Advance paid is non-refundable after 48 hours of payment, except where MetaGlazze is unable to deliver the service
- If a defect is verified before installation, we will either repair, replace, or refund the proportionate amount at our discretion
- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method
- Bank charges, if any, are borne by the customer
07 Installation Standards
Our installations follow EN 14351-1 (windows & doors), EN 13830 (curtain walls), and Indian Standards IS 4027/8754 for MS fabrication. Every install is signed off by a qualified engineer.

Customer Responsibilities
- Clear access to work areas during installation
- Safe storage of materials delivered ahead of install
- Civil work (plastering, painting touch-up) post-install

Every MetaGlazze product passes a 17-point quality checklist before it leaves our Chikkajala workshop.

09 Safety & Compliance
- All uPVC profiles are lead-free and RoHS compliant
- Aluminium 6063-T5 alloy conforming to IS 733 / IS 1285
- SS 304/316 grade stainless steel for all railings & structural members
- Toughened glass as per IS 2553 with safety logos embedded
- On-site safety: PPE, harness for height work, barricading of work zones
- Fire-resistant sealants and fire-rated glass where required
